Boy bands are, for the most part I feel, a special kind of ridiculous. It’s a big deal that I’m giving the King of all Ridiculous Boy Bands a chance – One Direction. But my sister has been begging me to open my mind enough to give them a small chance. So, against my better judgement, I decided to watch the One Direction movie: This is Us.
Some pros:
- They met randomly on the Ex-Factor, which I thought was interesting.
- They have nice eyes, and pretty faces.
- They seem pretty passionate about their work.
- Their fans are always good for a laugh.
Some cons:
- They titled their movie This is Us.
- They know they have nice eyes and pretty faces.
- They describe themselves as “slightly dangerous.”
- They have a “scientist” in their movie explaining why their fans aren’t crazy.
Sorry guys, but the jury is still out. I promise to keep an open mind towards you and never disrespect you as human beings. Best of luck in all of your future endeavors!
