#67. Change my approach to tutoring.

This seems kind of broad – changing my approach to tutoring is an ongoing process of growth. However, I took a step today to officially start on the path towards change, I asked to meet with my program coordinator to discuss my current tutoring approach and some new strategies to implement.

In our meeting, we talked about the different ways I can realign my approach to tutoring and incite increasingly effective sessions. I also related to her my largest difficulties as a tutor and she gave me some suggestions for how to deal with these issues. I’m looking forward to putting them into practice, and observing how these changes make a beneficial difference in the effectiveness of my tutoring sessions with Dipsika.
