#116. Do 1,000 crunches in one sitting.

Before anyone gets too impressed – I was doing crunches, not sit-ups. Meaning I basically only moved my head up and down. And I stopped every 100 crunches to take a break. And I kept my fingers laced behind my head the entire time. By the end, my elbows actually started to hurt more than my abs under the strain of holding up my huge head.
